Understanding the Ramchandra (Part 1)

Ram, an ideology, an emotion, a god for millions and a king for billions. The life story (अयन) of the ram known as the Ramayan is one of the most popular stories ever told in Indian subcontinent. Be it today's India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Indonesia or Myanmar, Ram katha has been always a fascinating story for people in small and large scale. But in the recent days, a question is being asked that what about Sita? Why so injustice with her? Why did Ram leave her when she was pregnant? Can this behavior of Ram be called IDEAL ?
Especially these questions were by two kinds of people. Majorly, they were true Hindus- who are always enthusiast seekers and were disappointed for this behavior by their national hero.
And the other category of people didn't have anything to do with Ram. They just wanted to create a mess and defame Ram to espouse their agenda. Such questioners have already decided to disagree and find arguments to defend their prejudice. This should not be our approach and we should not blindly believe anything.
Indian culture gives us freedom of thought and it's expression. It teaches us to become student, a true seeker and not a believer. That's why we should have neutral approach and embrace the wise.
We'll try to discuss this great part of Indian history in upcoming parts
