Strategy, team work, dealing with employees is the core part of this section. Reading this section can make you a great time manager, and a master in organisational planning. This section elaborates how deep Chanakya used to think on every minute detail of administration.

Training

3. Training : 

This section is more useful to job seekers or newly joined corporate employees. It talks about how should one behave with boss, discipline at work place, how should you treat your juniors and how to train your subordinates perfectly.


Time to read : 2 Weeks

If you manage to read 1 hour per day(roughly 25 pages) you can complete this book in 2 weeks. Highlighting the important thoughts and verses by Chanakya is a good practice to take follow up.
